most
entrepreneurs are too impatient to engage in the long and
often arduous process to convince their local bank to listen
to their business plans. governmental institutions also
require time and paper to make an investment decision.
we take the
time to listen and decide whether an opportunity is worth
pursuing quickly. we have no passive investments. convincing
opportunities are sent to our investment committee, which
makes in principle decisions. then we engage in a staged
due diligence process. as a result entrepreneurs always
know at what stage of the process they are at and what
needs to be done before the next level can be reached.
